Artist Statement
Objects as repositories of memory and individual personal landscapes inform our identity and histories.
I take inspiration from an appreciation in the diversity of the human condition and the emotional states which are a result of these.
I am inspired by my own personal landscapes ,memories and experiences .
I am influenced by the variety of “landscapes” -rural, geographical, domestic and personal.
My sculptural works often reveal that which is hidden, forcing the viewer to question their own veiled emotions or to experience, just for a moment, what others may feel or experience.
